ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. All purchases may be returned in person to our store in Banff - 225 Bear Street, Unit B, Banff, Alberta, T1L 1B5.
2. Online purchases may be returned by mail to our shipping address in Canmore, Alberta. PO Box 40021 Canmore Crossing, Canmore, Alberta, T1W 3H9, at your own shipping expense. 
3. Please note we will not accept returns or exchanges on items which have been washed. To avoid shrinkage please follow our washing instructions.
4. All returns and exchanges for the holidays must be before January 31st 2023 with original tags and invoice.
5. We encourage you to email us at info@rockymountainflannelcompany.com or call us on 403-762-8788 to arrange an exchange, to ensure prompt customer service. 

STORE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Please bring your invoice/receipt along with the item(s) you would like to return to the store in Banff, Alberta.
2. If you do not have your original receipt, reprint your order confirmation email and bring it to the store. Returns without an original receipt will receive in store credit.
3. Please bring the credit card you used to make your online purchase and valid photo identification. Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment. 
4. Please note we will not accept returns or exchanges on items which have been washed. To avoid shrinkage please follow our washing instructions.

RETURNS:

1. Ensure all items are packed and sealed securely. 
2. Drop the shipment off at your nearest outlet (or carrier of your choice). Keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
3. Once we have received your package you will receive a return confirmation email, Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Please note we're not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Duties and taxes will only be refunded if they were paid at checkout on our website. If you selected to pay duties and taxes at delivery, you will not be credited for original duties and taxes.
